In spring of 2017, Oak Knoll farm began transforming an existing 120 year old farm into a working 48 acre farm that would supply fruits, vegetables, chicken and pork to our restaurant – Pineridge Hollow. The farm is located just east of Winnipeg in the RM of Springfield. The Regehr family has helped create the philosophical and practical framework – a working bio-dynamic farm that follows regenerative principles. Together with their team, they continue to help guide it in its mission toward conscious, innovative farming practices, while using many of the same principles and practices our grandparents used.
